About LCOA
Livingston Council on Aging has been providing services and aid to the
senior citizens of Livingston Parish since 1973. In that time, we have
grown to five meal sites throughout the parish to better serve the growing
population. Some of the services that are provided are transportation,
congregate meals, delivered meals, chore service, in-home respite, nutritional
education, wellness programs, material aid, and legal services through
Southeastern Louisiana legal services.
